Elistro Eyewear collects inquiry and catalogue access information only to respond to business, dealer, and product requests. This may include name, company, email, phone, city or country, estimated quantity, and selected product details.

Inquiry information is used to confirm catalogue access, availability, indicative pricing, onboarding steps, dispatch guidance, and replacement or warranty expectations. Final billing, payment, and dispatch terms are confirmed directly with the dealer.

Admin product data is protected through Supabase authentication and row-level security. Elistro does not publish private dealer inquiry details on the public website.
